“I was very impressed with my experience at this doctor’s office. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. I came in for a sick office visit and left with Free Birth Control and got a Free Papsmear exam the same day as well. With my busy work schedule, I don’t have time for my routine exams and was extremely happy that I got everything done the same day. The physician was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! I would highly recommend this office!”Amber C., Chino
“I have been a patient for 5 years now and enjoy coming to this office. I started coming in with my mother, who would bring me for my physical exams. Last year when I had my physical exam, I mentioned to the provider that I was now sexually active, (when my mom went to the restroom of course) Confidentiality was explained to me, I came back on my own 2 days later, got an STD Screening and left with condoms. I didn’t have to pay (which is great, being that I don’t work and I am a student) My friends and I come in together now, you can request an appointment on less busier days, to avoid bumping into your parents friends. The staff and scheduler are always very helpful.Jose R., Rialto
“I brought my 10 year old to the Fontana office last week. He has IEHP insurance and has a primary doctor assigned. I called his doctor’s office for an appointment and they didn’t have any appointments available for a month. Being that he had an earache, I couldn’t wait four weeks. I requested to pay for the office visit at Clinica Medica Familiar because it was my understanding that only his primary doctor took his insurance. The receptionist verified the insurance and said they would see my son as an Urgent Care patient and was advised that I didn’t have to pay. I was relieved to hear that, he was seen same day without an appointment and was giving a School Note to excuse his absence."Katie N., Fontana
